We’re excited to announce that effective Wednesday, July 16th, 2025, we’re increasing the maximum email message size on our Dedicated Business Email Platform to support even larger attachments!


What’s Changing?

New Limit: Up to 50 MB attachments (64 MB total message size)

Previously, our dedicated business email servers allowed attachments up to roughly 21 MB. With growing business needs—like high-resolution documents, media files, and project data—we’re giving our business clients more room to communicate seamlessly.

Important Note for Personal & Shared Hosting Clients

This upgrade only affects our Dedicated Business Email Platform.

Personal email accounts and shared hosting email services remain unchanged and will continue to observe the current limits for reliable and compatible delivery across global email systems.
