Open the Talk App

1. Click the Nextcloud Talk icon on your desktop or Start Menu.
2. Log in with your AISDrive username and password if asked.

View Your Chats

When the app opens, you’ll see:

• Your list of conversations on the left.
• The active chat window on the right.

Send a Direct Message

1. Click the + New Conversation button.
2. Choose Start a direct chat.
3. Type the person’s name and click on it.
4. Type your message at the bottom and press Enter.

Send a Group Message

1. Find your group chat in the list on the left.
2. Click it to open.
3. Type your message and press Enter.

Send Files or Images

1. Open the chat you want.
2. Click the paperclip icon beside the message box.
3. Select your file or photo and click Open or Upload.
4. Press Send.

See Who’s in a Chat

1. Open any group chat.
2. Click the i (info) icon at the top right.
3. You’ll see a list of all members.

Change Notifications

1. Hover over the chat in the left list.
2. Click the three dots (⋮).
3. Select Notifications.
4. Choose:
   • All messages
   • Mentions only
   • Mute conversation

Log Out of the App

1. Click your profile picture or initials at the top right.
2. Click Log out.
