By accessing and using the Client Portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the portal.
2. Services Provided
EJB Technology Support, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides IT support services, invoicing, and related business tools through this Client Portal.
3. Client Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate information for billing and communication.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Unauthorized use of the Client Portal is prohibited.
4. Payment Terms
All payments are due as specified on invoices. Late payments may incur fees or service suspensions as outlined in your Service Agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Client Portal or any services provided, except as required by law.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your portal access if these Terms are violated.
7. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted here, and continued use of the portal constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
